12 Days of Fitmas is here!
We know December is a busy (and very indulgent!) month, so we’ve created a fun and motivating way to help everyone stay active right up to Christmas. We’re excited to launch our 12 Days of Fitmas challenge across all our centres.
Each day brings a festive-themed mini workout lasting just 10-20 minutes – perfect for fitting in between wrapping presents, school events and holiday shopping. With a mix of strength, cardio and mobility, the programme is simple, balanced and suitable for all fitness levels.
Here’s what we’ve lined up for you…
Day 1 – Santa Steps
We’re starting with a festive climb! Spend 10–15 minutes on the stepper or incline treadmill to warm up your legs and get the heart pumping.
Day 2 – Snowflake Squats
Build strength and stability with 3 sets of 10–15 bodyweight squats.
Day 3 – Reindeer Rows
Strengthen your upper back on the seated row machine – 3 sets of 12 reps to support posture and overall pulling strength.
Day 4 – Elf Endurance
Pick the bike or cross-trainer and enjoy 10–15 minutes of steady cardio to keep your stamina strong.
Day 5 – Christmas Core
Target your midsection with our merry trio:
• Plank: 30 secs–1 min
• Crunches: 10–15
• Leg raises: 10–15
Day 6 – Sleigh Pull
Channel Santa’s strength with lat pull-downs – 3 sets of 12 to work the back and arms.
Day 7 – Candy Cane Cardio
Choose any cardio machine and complete 20 minutes of festive movement at your own pace.
Day 8 – North Pole Press
Strengthen your chest and arms on the chest press machine – 3 sets of 12 reps.
Day 9 – Gingerbread Glutes
Fire up your lower body with glute bridges – 3 sets of 12–15 reps.
Day 10 – Tinsel Treadmill
Enjoy a refreshing 20-minute walk or jog to lift your mood and boost circulation.
Day 11 – Festive Flex
Take time to reset with 5-10 minutes of stretching and mobility to ease tight muscles.
Day 12 – Merry Medley
We’re ending with a celebration! Pick any three exercises from the previous days and complete one final round to wrap up your Fitmas journey.
